CANCELLATION

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel an order. If this happens, we will make every effort to inform you promptly and provide an option for an alternative product or a revised delivery date.
If you prefer not to proceed with an alternative, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure a smooth resolution.
Refunds for order cancellations depend on the type of product and the timing of the cancellation.
For memoire encandree, customized orders cannot be canceled once placed, unless we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason.
If the customization process has already begun and cancellation is unavoidable, a partial refund of upto 50% of the product price may be issued.

At memoire encadree, each customized product is crafted uniquely for you, and as such, is not eligible for returns or refunds.
We kindly ask you to review all descriptions and specifications thoroughly before placing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.
In-case of damage in product during shipment, please attach the unboxing video for return of the product. (The product should be shipped back to us for replacement).
